Role Summary
The Counsellor will support career guidance and student engagement initiatives by coordinating with schools, conducting AI Career Awareness sessions, maintaining data records, and managing assigned assets. This is a field-based role that requires daily travel to schools and educational institutions within the assigned city.
Key Responsibilities
1. School Coordination
- Coordinate regularly with school authorities, teachers, and designated school contacts.
- Schedule and manage AI Career Awareness sessions.
- Ensure smooth communication between the organization and partner schools.
- Support the planning and execution of school-based activities and events.
2. AI Career Awareness Sessions
- Conduct AI Career Awareness sessions using the organization's portal, videos, and learning resources.
- Guide students on emerging career opportunities, future skills, and technology trends.
- Facilitate student participation and address basic queries during sessions.
- Ensure proper setup and operation of audiovisual equipment during presentations.
3. Data Management & MIS Reporting
- Maintain accurate daily records of activities, school visits, and student participation.
- Update MIS reports and databases on a regular basis.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation.
- Track program outcomes and maintain relevant records.
4. Asset Management
- Manage and maintain assigned assets responsibly.
- Ensure proper usage, safety, and upkeep of equipment.
- Report any damage, loss, or maintenance requirements promptly.
- Maintain records of asset allocation and utilization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or pursuing Graduation in any discipline.
- Willingness to work in the field on a daily basis.
- Open to travelling extensively within the city for school visits and program implementation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable operating audiovisual equipment such as projectors, speakers, microphones, TVs, and displays.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to coordinate effectively with schools and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational, reporting, and documentation skills.

Key Requirement
