We are hiring Contract Career Counselors for various locations listed below in Punjab. The initial contract is for 3 months, extendable up to 12 months based on performance and business needs. This is a contractual full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct workshops for students to create awareness about career opportunities.
  2. Administer assessments to help students understand their career goals and strengths.
  3. Educate students on career planning after 10th grade, including professional and skill-based pathways.
  4. Provide personalized guidance to students based on their interests and aspirations.
  5. Handle career helpline operations to address queries and provide on-demand guidance.
  6. Maintain accurate student records and adhere to privacy standards.

Skills Required:

  1. Proficiency in counseling and group facilitation.
  2. Prior teaching or classroom management experience.
  3. Teachers' training experience (preferred).
  4. Strong communication skills in both English and Punjabi.
  5. Ability to handle diverse student groups and provide engaging learning experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Counseling, Psychology, Education). A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in career counseling, teaching, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of career development theories and local labor market trends.
  • Certification in career counseling or related fields (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel as required by the role.
